FulROI ("the Company", "we", or "us") is responsible for processing personal data collected through the website fulroi.com and the prospect and sales management platform. For inquiries related to this policy, please contact us at help@fulroi.com.

2. Data We Collect

We collect the following types of personal data: • Client company data: representative's name, corporate email, phone number, company name and industry, and billing information. • Captured prospect data: name, phone number, email address, and interaction data generated during outreach campaigns via Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), WhatsApp Business, and other digital channels. • Browsing data: IP address, device type, pages visited, and session duration, collected via cookies and analytics tools.

3. Purpose of Processing

Personal data is processed for the following purposes: • Providing the AI-powered prospect capture, contact, and qualification service. • Generating personalized quotes on behalf of client companies. • Managing prospect communication via WhatsApp Business and other channels. • Managing subscriptions, payments, and billing. • Sending commercial communications and service notifications. • Continuously improving AI models and service quality. • Complying with legal and regulatory obligations.

4. Legal Basis for Processing

The processing of personal data is based on: • Execution of the service agreement with client companies. • Explicit consent from data subjects for prospect data processing, obtained through contact forms and capture channels. • Legitimate interest of the Company in service improvement and optimization. • Compliance with applicable legal obligations.

5. Data Sharing with Third Parties

FulROI shares data with third parties only when necessary to provide the service: • Google LLC: for managing Google Ads campaigns and data analysis (Google Analytics). • Meta Platforms, Inc.: for managing Facebook and Instagram campaigns and communication via WhatsApp Business API. • Payment processing providers: for billing and payment management. • Technology infrastructure providers (cloud hosting, databases). All third parties are contractually obligated to handle data according to security standards equivalent to or higher than those of FulROI. We do not sell personal data to third parties.

6. International Transfers

Some of our technology providers operate outside Colombia. In these cases, we ensure that international data transfers are carried out with appropriate safeguards, including standard contractual clauses or recipients' adherence to recognized data protection frameworks.

7. Data Retention

Personal data is retained for the time necessary to fulfill the described purposes: • Client company data: for the duration of the contract and up to 5 years after its termination, in accordance with legal document retention periods. • Prospect data: during the campaign lifecycle and up to 2 additional years, unless the data subject requests deletion earlier. • Browsing data: up to 13 months from collection.

8. Data Security

FulROI implements appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect personal data against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. These include encryption in transit and at rest, role-based access control, regular security audits, and incident response protocols.

9. Data Subject Rights

Under Colombian Law 1581 of 2012 and applicable regulations, data subjects have the right to: • Know, update, and correct their personal data. • Request deletion of their data when there is no legal obligation to retain it. • Revoke consent given for processing. • Access their personal data free of charge. • File complaints with the Superintendencia de Industria y Comercio (SIC). To exercise these rights, email us at help@fulroi.com with the subject "Data Rights" and include your name, ID number, and specific request. We will respond within a maximum of 15 business days.

This policy is governed by Colombian Law 1581 of 2012 (Personal Data Protection Law), Decree 1377 of 2013, and related regulations. For any dispute arising from this policy, the parties submit to the jurisdiction of the courts of Bogotá, Colombia.
